Our Promise

We want every Minichunkies purchase to make your little one smile. If something is not right, we are here to fix it — quickly and hassle free.


What We Accept for Exchange

We accept exchanges in the following situations:

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect or damaged item received

What We Do Not Accept

  • Items that have been washed, worn or altered
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items without their original tags and packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Exchange Process — 3 Simple Steps

Step 1 — Contact Us

Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and a clear photo of the item.

Step 2 — We Confirm

Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and confirm whether the exchange is approved.

Step 3 — Send It Back

Send the item back in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect it, your exchange will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.


Refunds

  • We currently offer exchanges only — not cash refunds
  • In exceptional cases where the requested size or item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit valid for 30 days

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or defect) — return shipping is free, we will cover it
  • If the exchange is due to size change preference — return shipping cost is on the customer

Important Notes

  • Always double check our size guide before ordering to avoid size issues
  • We recommend taking an unboxing video when receiving your parcel — this helps in case of any dispute
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
